FirstLight submitted their Amended Final License Application (AFLA) for the Wilder, Bellows Falls and Vernon dams in December 2020.
While there will be a public comment period on the information provided sometime after May 2021, CRC was concerned with information lacking in the AFLA. We submitted comments to FERC on January 27, 2021 outlining those concerns.
