In celebration of World Fish Migration Day (Oct. 24, 2020) we’re highlighting work being done across our watershed in support of migratory fish.
Join Lael Will from the Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department and Ken Sprankle of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service to learn about how native Sea lamprey and American shad use the Connecticut River and its tributaries to spawn, the history of these species, and work being done to help them thrive in the Connecticut River. Hosted by Kathy Urffer and Ron Rhodes, CRC River Stewards.

About LiveStream: CRC brings your rivers to you! Join CRC staff and partners for a series of live lunchtime presentations, happening scheduled Wednesdays from Noon-1pm. You get to learn more about the rivers you love, ask questions, and interact with a river-loving community all from the comfort and safety of your home (or wherever you may be).
