Windham Regional Commission, in partnership with Connecticut River Conservancy, presents an online public program on the water quality of the north branch of the Deerfield River

Water quality monitoring samples have been collected along Beaver Brook and the North Branch of the Deerfield River for many years. Ryan O’Donnell, Water Quality Program Manager for the Deerfield River Watershed Association and the Connecticut River Conservancy will present the results of several years of monitoring studies from the waterways.  The presentation will focus on trends and what the results can tell us about the health of the rivers. As we learn about water quality in these rivers, watershed groups in the region would like to hear ideas about what projects the community is interested in to help protect water quality in our rivers.
