In partnership with Middletown Recreation join Rhea Drozdenko, CRC’s River Steward in CT, for a Forest Bathing 101 event while paddling. We will explore the Floating Meadows of the Coginchaug and Mattabessett Rivers, learn about clean water efforts, and reflect on ecological change.

A limited number of kayaks are available to borrow – with advanced registration. To reserve a kayak, please email Erik at eassadourian@gmail.com. Life vests are required, and sunscreen, snacks and water are highly recommended. Heavy rain or high water cancels.

This is event is free with a 2023 Middletown Nature Connection and Hikes Annual Pass ($15 for Middletown residents, $20 for non-residents).
