Ask the River: Imagine the Answers

Join Kathy Urffer, Connecticut River Conservancy River Steward; Rich Holschuh, a member of the Vermont Commission on Native American Affairs; and the Ask the River artists Elizabeth Billings, Evie Lovett, and Andrea Wasserman for a free-form discussion of our river, its history, and our relationships to the river and to each other. This is an especially critical conversation to have in 2020, at the time of the relicensing of five hydroelectric facilities on the Connecticut River that provide over 30% of hydropower generation in New England. What do we need to balance? What is the river saying? Together, we will begin to imagine the answers to these questions.
