Greenfield, MA— Spring is right around the corner and before you know it, folks will be heading to our rivers to cool off from the summer sun. The Connecticut River Conservancy (CRC) invites you to join them at these upcoming programs designed to help you learn more about our local rivers and wildlife, get you out to enjoy our rivers, and get involved to protect our rivers. March 16 – Eagle Cruise on the RiverQuest
4 – 6:15 PM, Connecticut River Museum, Essex, CT

March 20 – Fish, Fish & More Fish

March 22 – World Water Day
Join CRC and people around the world in highlighting the importance of clean, safe water for all. CRC will broadcast LIVE on Facebook at 9:30am to kick things off and will post fun facts to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram all day long. Look for an extra fun video at lunchtime (12:30pm) with special guests!
April 6 – Free Our River of Plastic: Mill River Cleanup
9-11 AM, Northampton, MA

April 9 – ‘Source to Sea Jump-In Journey’ Film Screening
7-9 PM, Parlor Room, Northampton, MA
Follow CRC Executive Director Andy Fisk and his wife Karen as they paddle, sail, water ski, and splash mob their way across four states to celebrate progress made for our rivers and highlight important work still to be done.
