On June 7th, Vermont and New Hampshire are hosting statewide giving days. Vermont Gives and New Hampshire Gives offer an opportunity to show your state pride while helping the river that connects our states.
The Connecticut River and tributaries are at the heart of our region — our businesses, farmlands, and health all depend on keeping our rivers clean and vibrant.
For more than 60 years, Connecticut River Watershed Council (CRC) has worked for the highest level of protection for the whole Connecticut River — all 410 miles from its source near the Canadian border down to Long Island Sound — and tributaries including the Ammonoosuc, Ashuelot, Black, Mascoma, Omompanoosuc, Ottaquechee Passumpsic, Saxton’s, Waits, West, White and Williams Rivers.
River Stewards David Deen and Ron Rhodes work on the ground in Vermont and New Hampshire to ensure clean water for all of our communities and wildlife.
We’ve made great progress…and there is much more to be done. Please help us to work toward healthier rivers for all of us.
Your donation on June 7th can help and will make CRC eligible for valuable prizes.
