Riverside Bike Tour

Bike along the Connecticut River on the Fort Hill Rail Trail in Hinsdale, NH with CRC MA and VT/NH River Stewards. Along the way you’ll make stops to learn about the relicensing of the Vernon Dam and positive changes coming to the river. You’ll also stop at the Historic Colonel Ebenezer Hinsdale House, built in 1759, to learn about its role in creating the town of Hinsdale, which was once part of both MA and VT.
This will be a short round-trip bike ride (4-5 miles) on a flat gravel, dirt, or grass trail. Best for mountain bikes and hybrids. Bring your own bike, helmet, water, and snacks. Tour will begin and end at the Prospect Street boat launch parking area (42.786728, -72.504875).
Space will be limited to follow CDC safety guidelines.
