Roll up your sleeves to honor the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day! Join Connecticut River Conservancy and MakerSpaceCT to clean up our rivers, capture stormwater run-off, and minimize waste. In this hands-on workshop you will upcycle a heavy-duty plastic barrel into a rain barrel, backyard composter, or dock float. Repurpose a durable barrel that would otherwise become plastic waste. Learn how small daily changes add up to big improvements for the environment and our rivers.
